I hate you God ^_^;;

Dear God,

Hello again.

Just wanted to say thank you.

As you know, I’m still trudging through my monday. I’m still feeling amazingly diffident, and can’t seem to get any useful work done. But, I’m starting to see things to be thankful for.

Andrew AhnFirst of all, thank you for sending Andrew. Meeting him has really refreshed my thoughts. That little talk that Andrew and I had before the movie made me realized lot of things. It’s really hard to articulate what he did, but nevertheless it was refreshing.

Thank you for the all the music. Hearing “나비” and “If I Stand” again comforted me. Reading my old poems about praising You and Your creation made me see my happy side again.

Let me be selfish and ask you for a favor. Please help me finish this semester. I’m not asking for miracle grade but help me to pass this semester. I might have to stay up all night, and right now, I’m really tempted to just go home and pass out.

Please God, give the strength.

Thank you, always.

A new vocab of the day:

diffident - adj. lacking confidence in one’s own ability, worth, or fitness; timid; shy.

I am diffident to say that I am diffident.

I do not understand you title even if it’s meant to be a pun. Hating God in any context is not acceptable. I love God because he is perfect and one day we will be perfect like he is. So for now his perfect spirit living in us can transform us one step at a time. soon you won’t even recognize your self because you new self will cloud out your old self. I agreed in prayer with you and hope this semester goes much better.

I guess the title could’ve been miss-leading. But I was hoping to clear that up in my postscript. This prayer was actually a prayer of thanksgiving, not hate. Just a sincere prayer asking God for more strength to finish out the semester.

I was “hating” God for being perfect. Like I would joking tell my friend.
